Freya Lamb has over a decade of figure skating experience, with training in freestyle, skating skills, and synchronized skating. At a young age, Freya found her love for coaching, and began learning under established and experienced United States Figure Skating coaches. Freya has instructed Learn to Skate USA classes since 2014. Freya has been coaching full time since 2022, and currently works with a variety of figure skaters in skill and age. She has successfully guided her students through USFS tests and prepared skaters for local competitions. Freya’s coaching mission is to start skaters on their figure skating journeys, build confidence in her students, educate parents on the sport, and make figure skating fun for all! Aside from coaching, Freya is a Philadelphia Flyers Ice Girl and skates on Team Reflection’s Adult synchronized skating team.
Freya Lamb is Figure Skating Director of The Campus Stars Figure Skating Club coming 2024 at The Campus in Downingtown, PA! She is excited to offer a club that will serve the Chester County community with a welcoming, positive, and productive training environment.
Disciplines Taught: Basic Skills, Skating skills, Freestyle, Choreography, Showcase, Synchronized Skating, & Theater on Ice.
Coaching Experience : LTS Instructor (2014-present), Synchronized Skating Jr. Coach (2014-2018), Team Reflections Assistant Coach (2022-present), Theater on Ice Camp Coach (2015-present), Campus Stars Figure Skating Director (2023-present), & The Campus Learn to Skate Director (2023-present).
