COACH DAVE DORMAN | FOUNDER: PROSPECTS HOCKEY | ON ICE TRAINING
Coach Dave Dorman, founder of Prospects Hockey and head coach of the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18AAA program, and an experienced NCAA and Jr A coach has built a reputation for developing elite players through a relentless focus on high-level skill progression and character-driven coaching. Through Prospects Hockey, Dorman has helped guide athletes from youth to junior, collegiate, and NHL pathways by emphasizing that a strong technical foundation is the gateway to advancement at every level. His approach blends innovative skill development with a deep commitment to instilling discipline, confidence, and passion for the game. That same philosophy continues to drive the success of within his coaching approach, where player development and competitive excellence go hand in hand.
COACH AL WASHCO | ON ICE TRAINING
Al Washco brings elite-level experience from both sides of the game, currently serving as an assistant coach at Bowdoin College after a standout collegiate career there. A key contributor to a NESCAC Championship and NCAA tournament run, he’s competed at the highest levels of Division III hockey and continued his career professionally in Europe. With firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed at the college and pro levels, Al delivers high-level instruction, detail-focused development, and real-world insight that serious players need to elevate their game.
COACH ALEX WILKINS | ON ICE TRAINING
Kennett Square native Alex Wilkins is a current professional defenseman with the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs, bringing real-time pro-level experience directly to the ice. A decorated standout at SUNY Geneseo, he helped lead multiple championship teams and earned All-American honors while developing into a dynamic, power-play quarterback. Known for his mobility and high hockey IQ, Alex teaches defensemen how to control the game, make smart decisions, and impact play at both ends of the ice—exactly what elite players need to separate themselves.
COACH PAUL KENNY | OFF ICE & DRYLAND
As former collegiate hockey player and having extensive experience working alongside organizations like the Providence Bruins and Boston Bruins, Coach Paul Kenny strives to elevate the Campus Prospects Camp experience. An integral part of the Philadelphia Area Sports Training (PHAST) performance training team, Coach Paul brings a proven, high-level approach to dryland and strength training specifically built for elite hockey players. His sessions are designed to improve explosiveness, mobility, and durability—translating directly to on-ice performance. This isn’t generic off-ice work—this is targeted, hockey-specific development led by someone who knows exactly what it takes to compete at the next level.

Prospects Hockey develops elite youth players through high-level training, competition, and exposure to top scouts. Their programs combine advanced on-ice and off-ice development with proven techniques used at the highest levels of the game. Athletes receive personalized instruction focused on skating, puck skills, and game IQ to maximize performance and long-term growth. The mission is to prepare players to advance confidently to junior, collegiate, and professional hockey.
