PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING!  FAILURE TO DO SO CAN RESULT IN ERROR IN REGISTRATION WHICH CAN RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

1.  Camp Season June 9th - August 22, 2024 -- 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

2.  Early Care (7 - 8:30 AM) and Late Care (4:00 - 6 PM) INCLUDED in tuition.

3.  Lunch and Snacks INCLUDED in tuition.

4.  The Campus requires all food served and brought to camp be nut-free.

5.  There is a $75 one time administrative and technology fee for new campers.

6.  Sibling Discount: $25/week for additional siblings where available.

7.  Deposits are Non -Refundable.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

8.  First 4 Weeks is 6/9-7/3, Last 4 Weeks is 7/28-8/22.

9.  Tuition payments must be kept current or family forfeits any early savings.

10.  Pricing for additional weeks on top of our Best Deal are calculated based on the additional number of weeks chosen, NOT the total number of weeks chosen.  FOR EXAMPLE:  You choose our Best Deal PLUS 3 additional weeks, the pricing for the 3 additional weeks falls under 2-4 week pricing (additional number of weeks chosen) NOT 5-8 week pricing (total number of weeks chosen.). WEEKLY DISCOUNTS DO NOT ACCUMULATE IF YOU PURCHASE ONE WEEK AT A TIME.  YOU SHOULD PICK 5 DAYS/REGISTERING FOR A TOTAL OF 1 WEEK ONLY.  

11.  All discounts are applicable ONLY at time of registration.  For example, you purchase 8 weeks upfront and receive the 5-8 week pricing.  If you decide to add a week, at a later date, you will pay for the one week pricing and it will not fall into the 9-11 week pricing.

12.  3 Day registration is on a strict 5 week minimum basis.  Registration for fewer than 5 weeks will require modification.  A Camp Representative will call you to add weeks to meet this requirement.

13.  Canceling or changing weeks may result in a loss of discounts.

14.  Account MUST be paid in full prior to start of camp to retain all discounts.
